Our CEO
As a Veteran and Minority business owner, Bob has years of experience in building brand relationships while earning the trust of our clients.
His military background brings the importance of discipline and goal setting to achieve business objectives. During the many years in broadcasting, Bob became the first African American television news reporter in the south in Charlotte, NC; and also the first African American television news anchor in Houston, TX. After retiring from broadcasting with the desire to stay in the communications industry, he pursued an investment in commercial printing, creating Nicholas Earth Printing.
Bob’s extensive broadcast background gave him years of experience in building relationships with corporate executives, and learning the importance of networking with them. He has attended numerous professional workshops over the years on how to leverage his relationships for effective marketing.
Bob is also dedicated to civic service. He served on the boards of the Greater Houston Partnership, Strake Foundation, Crime Stoppers, Boy Scouts of America and the Houston Visitors & Convention Bureau.
The Nicholas’ have 4 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and are members of The Fort Bend Church in Sugar Land, Texas.
